Graduated in BBA + LLB from CUNEF and currently undertaking the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía (the Spanish qualification route required to obtain the professional license to be admitted to the Bar) with a focus on Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Private Equity, Restructuring, and other transactional areas, among others. My profile combines legal training with analytical and commercial experience, allowing me to approach transactional work with both legal precision and business awareness.I have contributed to due diligence, compliance and audit cycles, the review and automation of financial models, and regional reporting for 30+ key accounts. This experience has strengthened my attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to support complex transactions in deadline-driven environments.I am particularly interested in contract drafting and review, SPA analysis, corporate governance, transaction coordination, legal research and advisory support.
