Chris Labarge

I am a results-driven Strategic Partnerships leader with 7+ years of experience building scalable, high-impact partner ecosystems and 13+ years overall in tech. As Senior Manager, ISV Ecosystems and Partner Programs at Motive, I am the end-to-end owner of the Software Partner Program and architect of the overall Motive Partner Program. I am also responsible for defining the "Next Wave" of strategic ISV partners to expand the platform's breadth and enable access to new markets. In this role, I lead the architecture and development of Motive's Partner Program, defining the partner segmentation and value exchange and the entire partner experience—from automated Intelligent Intake to GTM activation. As part of my R&R, my team owns the operational backbone of our partner operations, internal reporting, and partner ecosystem evangelism. Previously, I successfully launched the Accelerated by Intel® program, which brought hundreds of solutions into the ecosystem and generated a $500M pipeline in its second year. Outside of work, I'm is a proud dad, MBA grad, fantasy and sci-fi nerd, and avid Arizona sports fan who’s always looking for new ways to learn and grow.
