As a Senior People Partner, I partner closely with leaders and managers to provide strategic support that aligns people initiatives with commercial goals. My remit spans performance, development and reward frameworks, employment law compliance, and leading the HR support and Digital Learning team. I take a balanced approach, combining genuine empathy and human-first thinking with a clear commercial lens, working with SLT and Managers on both people strategy and day-to-day challenges.

I love any excuse to dine out and my drink of choice is an iced coffee (in any weather) or a spicy margarita - depending on the time of day of course! I'm an avid audiobook and podcast listener, usually thrillers, true crime and the supernatural. Big fan of horror films and scifi, particularly X-files and Dr Who, which will be of no shock to anyone who has met me in person and noticed the tardis tattoo.
CIPD Level 7 Qualified
CIPD Level 5 Award in Employment Law
Level 5 HR Diploma through Brentwood Open Learning College.
I also hold a number of "short course" HR qualifications such as; CPD Accredited Managing the Hiring Process and CPD Accredited HRM Grievance Procedures, Disciplinary Actions and Employee Relations.
