I’m a Senior Creative Producer and Emerging Director, with over two decades of experience. I’ve worked with leading agencies and production companies including Mother, Grey and Stink, on projects for global brands such as Nike, Google and Disney. My experience spans TVCs, branded content, stills, promos, documentary, UGC, animation, AI, VFX, design and immersive events. As a freelancer, I’m used to varied workflows and team structures, approaching every brief with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. I lead projects from concept to delivery and have overseen budgets from £5K to £1 million across UK and international productions. I’m comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones. Alongside producing, I specialise in research, treatment design and AI prompting. I work extensively with stock footage, archive, stills, UGC and real people casting, and confidently use Flow/VEO,
Leonardo.ai, DALL·E, Firefly, OpenArt and KlingAI to generate and refine stills and video in service of a clear creative vision. I thrive in close collaboration with creatives and directors. I’m hands-on and detail-driven, and I value building long-term, trusting relationships. Coming into the industry as an immigrant has shaped a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which runs through both my work and my way of working. Alongside commercial projects, I write and direct short films. C.T.R.L., which I wrote, directed and edited, screened at close to one hundred festivals worldwide, including the BFI London Film Festival, and received multiple awards. Mar Sin Leat is currently in development and continues my focus on inclusive, character-led storytelling.
