Hired by recommendation of US Citizenship and Immigration Services COTR to assist in streamlining and planning automation of the USCIS customer service desk. Expectations of USCIS staff were low due to outdated union contracts and their processes were widely inefficient and antiquated. Saved 10,000 hours of downtime annually by establishing new service procedures to proactively pre-resolving customer card issues before escalating to the chronically unresponsive IIO staff.
