As the Human Resources Head for the Asia-Pacific region at Lingaro, I am responsible for driving the HR strategy and developing the people and culture across multiple countries and offices. I have over 15 years of experience in various HR roles in different industries, including BPO, shared services, and IT consulting. My core competencies include organization development, resource management, learning and development, and change management. I am passionate about enabling and empowering the talent and potential of our employees, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
