Currently, I am pursuing Master of business administration at Davangere university. Doing HR Internship at Zorvix Consultancy, where I am gaining practical experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, recruitment coordination, maintaining documentation, and understanding end-to-end recruitment processes.
My MBA journey has helped me develop knowledge in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Business Management, while my internship is helping me apply these concepts in a professional environment.
