Jaspreet Kaur

I am currently serving as an HR Intern at Iclivia, where I am gaining comprehensive exposure to core human resources and recruitment practices. This role allows me to build a strong foundation in HR operations while contributing to organizational goals under the guidance of senior HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.

Observing and learning compliance requirements, HR policies, and workforce planning.

Assisting in data management and reporting to support decision-making.

This internship is providing me with valuable hands-on experience in HR strategy and recruitment operations, while enhancing my understanding of how people and processes align to drive organizational success. My objective is to leverage this experience to build a career as a strategic HR professional, capable of contributing to talent management and workforce transformation.
