Responsible for running the Credit Risk work stream using waterfall processes and for the start of the MIS Tools Agile Program, which positioned the front office with a streamlined workflow. The Credit Risk workstream is a service layer providing mathematical statistics for downstream reporting systems. MIS Tools automated existing manual reporting for federal regulators (FINMA / FINRA / PRA) using Hadoop, Tableau, and Qlick. Managed a 2.8 M budget. Lead a small team of testers and developers for 4 months, to address Flux Work Week modifications to the payroll system. Lead requirements meetings, status meetings, and coordination of resources between Enterprise Applications and HR. Integration testing lasted 2 weeks. Lastly, was assigned to provide leadership for a small 2 month effort to automate changes in the timesheet system, and lead deployment to 1600+ stores. Lead meetings with all of the district managers (140) to prepare them for the changes, and coordinated work between Retail Systems, HR, and Operations for a smooth transition to the new timesheet procedures.
