Prior I was an International Life@ Manager at Facebook, responsible for innovation, development, execution and delivery of international multi-year healthcare and mental health strategies and programs. I have a passion for introducing innovative and leading benefits and working closely with partners to improve the experience for employees.
Prior to Facebook I spent eleven years at Google where I worked in across multiple HR and Sales functions in three continents and was responsible for office expansion in Buenos Aires and Singapore. While at Google I was part of the WorkLife team, an incubation team within the benefits function tasked with creating new programs that could scale across the organization and set the vision for the future.
I hold a degree in International Commerce and Spanish from University College Dublin during which I spent one year studying at ICADE Business School in Madrid. I also completed an MSc in Management and Human Resources from The London School of Economics and am qualified by The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in the UK and Ireland.
