Head of Customer Advocacy Marketing
Derry, New Hampshire, United States
I'm a builder. Not of products – of proof. For 12 years, I've turned customer relationships into the most credible marketing assets a company can have: case studies, video documentaries, reference programs, and review engines that give sales, marketing, and analysts something real to point to.
I've built customer advocacy programs from scratch three times – at BlackBerry, Socure, and most recently Sysdig, where I grew a library of 42 customer stories and 486 named quotes, and earned back-to-back Gartner Customers' Choice recognition. Along the way, I've put customers on stages, in analyst briefings, and on film across three continents.
My journalism background means I know how to find the real story inside a customer's experience: the business problem, the turning point, the outcome that actually matters. I shape the narrative, direct the copywriters, and refine until it's something customers are proud to put their name on.
The work doesn't stop at publishing. I build the toolkits, the Confluence hubs, and the enablement cadences that make sure customer stories actually get used.
I thrive at the intersection of customer trust, revenue credibility, and executive storytelling – operating as a program owner, not a program manager. The kind of person a CMO calls when they need something strategic done fast, and done well.
