I lead the operational backbone of Linktree, overseeing our Office of the Founders and G&A functions including Legal, Trust & Safety, People & Culture, Customer Support, and Finance. I focus on building systems, teams, and operating rhythms that enable scale while keeping people at the centre of how we work. My approach combines calm, focused leadership in high-pressure environments with a belief that strong organisations are built through clarity, trust, and aligned execution. I’m passionate about helping people achieve more than they think possible. I enjoy connecting the dots between day-to-day work and the bigger strategic picture, sharing lessons learned, and creating environments where individuals and teams can do their best work.
