Understanding the Compliance and EDD policies that are in place in regard to CDD before onboarding new customers. This has involved meticulous verification of customer documents, ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations, and maintaining up-to-date records. My familiarity with AML regulations and sanctions red flags ensures that I can identify and mitigate risks effectively. Assisting customers zia Zendesk chat, email and outbound calls on various inquiries i.e Security, Trading, Account upgrade inquiry, Phishing inquiries, Scam outreach and etc. Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used in customer success management.
