As the founder and CEO of Aptive Resources, my mission is to help solve problems, achieve goals and make meaningful contributions to our federal clients and their stakeholders. I lead a team of dedicated professionals who share my vision of delivering high-quality, innovative, customized solutions to the federal government. Our experts help modernize technology, support underserved populations, improve access to quality health care, recruit applicants for critical federal job openings, conduct important research studies, educate the public about important federal programs and services and much more. I believe that community engagement is not only possible, but essential, in the professional services industry, especially in today's dynamic and interconnected world. That is why we developed initiatives like our Veterans Training Program that offers free certificate programs and professional networking for transitioning military members, and Aptive Cares, where employees give back to their communities, and the Veterans Experience Council, where 400+ advisors share insight and feedback that helps us make improvements.
