Anusriti Das

As a senior full stack engineer at MO, I develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, Next JS, and various databases. I collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients and users.

I have three years of experience in Ruby on Rails, which I gained from working at Upstart, a leading online lending platform. There, I contributed to several projects that improved the user experience, enhanced the security, and increased the performance of the platform.

I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering. I also completed internships at Morgan Stanley and Nationwide, where I learned valuable skills and gained exposure to the financial and insurance industries.

I am passionate about diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, and I have been involved in various initiatives and events that promote and support women and underrepresented groups in STEM fields. I have been a mentor at local bootcamps, an attendee at Grace Hopper and SWE conferences, and a member of several professional networks and communities.

I am also interested in mentorship and networking, and I welcome anyone who wants to connect and chat with me.
