Earlier in my career, I built and scaled finance functions from the ground up, leading financial planning and analysis, accounting, and revenue operations during periods of rapid growth. I played a key role in supporting fundraising efforts, developing forecasting models, and implementing financial systems that improved visibility, decision-making, and operations efficiency. I served as a strategic advisor to CEOs and boards, guiding investment decisions, resource allocations, and long-term strategic planning.
