My work spans the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and high-volume hiring to niche design/architecture recruitment and engineering interview coordination. At Vedantu, I contributed to 650+ sales hires in 4 months. At Gensler, I recruited for multiple studios (Workflex, Lifestyle, Admin, Firmwide, Flex), managing roles across technical design, architecture, HR, and finance using Workday ATS. Currently at 6sense, I work as a Talent Coordinator - Talent Operations , handling global interview scheduling, offer letter generations, back ground checks and candidate experience using Greenhouse ATS. I’ve also been part of HR generalist tasks, created onboarding documents, collaborated with HR leadership, and developed insights into talent strategy and employer branding.
