OSR Manage acts as a fractional sales manager for the IT industry, specifically within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) channel. Most MSP owners are effective at training and managing technical staff but struggle with managing salespeople because it's not their core competency. That's where we come in, giving the MSP owner peace of mind knowing that their salespeople are being managed and held accountable. Our process includes recruiting the right salesperson (if needed), training them to best practices within the MSP channel, as well as ongoing management. Our management system includes daily huddles, weekly one on one's, continuing education, managing to the numbers, reviewing calls, regular role plays, etc., to create and scale a sustainable sales engine.
GSD Staffing initially was started to find a cost-effective solution for our MSP clients to have a full-time appointment setter from Latin American countries. What that has turned into is a full-on staffing company that can find a variety of rolls for virtually any industry. Our goal is to find top talent, both domestically and from Latin America, to fill a variety of roles, such as sales, marketing, virtual assistants, operations, or technical. Because of our proven recruiting process, we’re able to find the right person for the right seat, all while lowering your operational costs, which creates faster growth.
On a personal note, I live in upstate New York with my wife, two kids and love being so close to the Adirondacks. I've played hockey my whole life, including college. Although I don’t play anymore, I am on the board for the Adirondack Youth Hockey Association (AYHA) and coach both of my sons, who now enjoy the sport as much as I always have.
