With over 8 years of experience in the finance and accounting sector, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality and timely financial reports and insights for Printify, a leading print-on-demand platform. My core competencies include financial regulations, policies, controlling, planning, and budgeting, as well as system integrations, ERP development, and new product development from a finance perspective. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to optimize the financial performance and sustainability of Printify, while supporting its vision of empowering anyone to start their own online business. As the Head of Accounting and Reporting at Printify since June 2020, I am responsible for overseeing the monthly report preparation and review, the audit and financial statement preparation, the group's holding structure optimization, and the financial policies and procedures implementation and compliance. I also contribute to the strategic direction and growth of Printify by partnering with other departments and stakeholders on various projects and initiatives related to finance and accounting. Some of the projects I have worked on include new country set-up, new product development, system integration, and ERP development. I leverage my skills in financial regulations, policies, controlling, planning, and budgeting, as well as my MBA in International Banking and Finance, to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the financial information and analysis that I provide.
