Jenny Baskerville

Jenny is Chief Executive of the Bridge Group with responsibility for strategy, compliance and resources. Jenny is a highly respected leader in socio-economic inclusion who brings extensive experience in advancing change to realise social impact. Jenny advises major organisations on socio-economic inclusion best practices, spanning work with the public, corporate and charity sectors and plays a key role in shaping engagement with policymakers, regulators and industry bodies.Jenny joined the Bridge Group from KPMG UK, where she was formerly Head of Social Mobility and then Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. At KPMG, Jenny oversaw one of the most progressive, evidence-led approaches to socio-economic inclusion in the UK.Jenny is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business. Jenny was formerly: Chair of the Living Wage Advisory Council; a Non-Executive Director of Progress Together; Board Member for the East London Business Alliance; and a School Governor for Orleans Park School. Jenny was awarded Outstanding Contribution at the 2025 Living Wage Champion Awards.
