Onward (formerly Agent Q) is a customer service automation platform. Using the latest breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, we are able to automate common customer chats and reduce response times. I'm responsible for:
Machine Learning Architecture:
• The conception, training, and deployment of machine learning models for a range of machine intelligence tasks using Python, Keras, SciKit, Tensorflow, and Jupyter Notebook.
• Creating a pipeline for getting data from production systems and training it on GPU-enabled virtual machines on Azure and AWS.
Chat Platform Development:
• Building Rails-based backend API to enable real-time chat involving customer support agents, bots, and end customers.
• Along with CPO, developing an intuitive Re
