For more than 16 years, I have worked across GCC enablement, workforce strategy, leadership hiring and business growth, building strong relationships with senior leaders across India's GCC ecosystem.
Over the years, I have engaged with GCC Heads, Managing Directors, Site Leaders, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, Engineering, Product, Finance and Transformation leaders — people who have built, scaled and transformed leading GCCs.
One gap became increasingly clear to me.
When a global company sets up a new GCC in India, one of its first and most critical challenges is finding the right leadership team.
At this level, the right people cannot always be found through Naukri, LinkedIn or conventional databases. Their real value comes from what they have built, the transformations they have delivered, their leadership reputation and the trust they have earned within the ecosystem.
Leadership at this level is built on trust and networks.
That is why I founded GCCLeaders.
I am building GCCLeaders as a trusted executive leadership network for India's GCC ecosystem — connecting the people who are building, leading and transforming GCCs.
The vision goes beyond networking events. I want to create a network where new GCCs entering India and existing GCCs strengthening their leadership teams can access experienced leaders through trusted ecosystem relationships — based on proven experience, credibility and track record.
