I've spent 25+ years in HR, and my guiding principle is that when people feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen at work, everything else gets easier.
That sounds simple. The execution is not.
As VP & Head of HR at G-P, I lead a global team supporting 1,200 employees across 40+ countries—while influencing people strategy for 11,000+ EOR professionals in 180+ countries. The infrastructure I've built has driven $2.5M+ in cost savings, unlocked $1M+ in revenue recognition, and consolidated benefits across 70+ countries with 18%+ cost reduction.
A big part of my current work is leading AI transformation, and I'm clear-eyed about what that actually requires. It's not a technology project. It's a people project. The boardroom's excitement about AI and the anxiety an everyday employee feels about it are two very different realities and closing that gap is fundamentally an HR responsibility. I sit on G-P's AI council and approach this work the same way I approach everything else, with intention, transparency, and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing, not just adoption metrics.
I believe in "let go or be dragged." That applies to AI, to organizational change, and to how we think about the future of work. My job is to make sure that when companies move fast, their people don't get left behind.
I speak on global and national platforms about the human-centered integration of AI, total rewards, mental health, and employee wellbeing. I'm not interested in the hype—I'm interested in what actually works for people.
