Previously, as a Senior Operations Program Leader at Apple, I led multi-million dollar, international, cross-functional projects from inception to execution. I was instrumental in scaling small engineering teams into a robust 270-person organization spanning multiple locations. My tenure at Apple enriched my expertise in Software, Hardware, Artificial Intelligence, and Operations, providing me a comprehensive perspective that I apply to every project.

I have a proven track record of building lasting partnerships with key subcontractors, enabling scalability in areas where Apple faced challenges. I am passionate about driving innovation by leveraging my expertise in AI/ML, cloud technologies, container orchestration, site reliability engineering, and continuous integration and deployment to organize and lead effective teams.

Beyond my technical and leadership expertise, I am actively involved in diversity initiatives and community engagement. As Co-chair for the Pride@Apple Diversity Network Association (DNA), I helped lead this initiative into a global network. I also partnered closely with Women@Apple, Black@Apple, and Veterans@Apple DNAs. My experience as a Diversity speaker at the Apple Developer Academy, with work spanning Brazil and Italy, underscores my dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace — an attribute that is increasingly vital in the Federal IT sectors.
