• Creating daycare, boarding and training reservations (via phone, email and in person) using computer-based booking software.
• Accomplishing daily administrative tasks such as: greeting customers, checking dogs in and out of daycare, answering phone and email messages, scanning and filing paperwork, etc.
• Assisting customers in our retail store by recommending products, answering questions, placing special orders and ensuring that products appear fully-stocked and organized.
• Leading dogs in and out of the lobby
