Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing business development strategy @ Bee Talents. It means managing a team of New Business Developers, Account Managers and Marketing Specialists with a lot of hands-on work as well.
Some things that we do:
- Content Marketing (guides, reports, webinars)
- Performance Marketing (Google, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads)
- E-mail marketing (Hubspot, Mailchimp)
- Outreach & Outbound (relationship building)
- Full sales process (from lead generation, discovery call to signing a contract)
- Designing new services and constantly improving current ones to provide maximum value added
- Defining USP
- Cooperating with Operations on a daily basis (Recruitment Team in our case)
