Project Director with +15 years of expertise in management of medium and large-scale construction projects acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders -working from the client's side, as well as an owner's representative- and being accountable for key aspects of the projects such as: strategy definition, risk control, time, quality, execution and financial costs. My career: I have had the opportunity to work and adapt to several sectors including commercial developments, data centers, residential buildings, fit-out offices, airport design, consultancy, hospitality, etc.; in which I had end-to-end responsibility for planning and driving all phases of assigned projects, working within appropriate governance arrangements, as well as, continuously challenging the operating models within the project by always keeping in mind a continuous improvement across functions, processes, and project controls. I pursued a master's degree in construction management and engineering in the Netherlands which has undoubtedly improved my all-inclusive multidisciplinary knowledge and added significant value to my technical, management and most important adaptability skills to unknown situations, new people, and new cultures which I really enjoyed. My offer: I am a practical thinker focused on finding new ways to manage -construction- projects in a more efficient and simple way to anticipate and tackle present and future risks - as a Dutch proverb "Planning is half of the battle". One of my top priorities is to support and build a strong team and increase their capabilities with day-by-day results accountability while also supporting them in discovering their own management style. My leadership mindset is a collaborative and coaching leader, with strong empathy and moral awareness. I like to focus on forming and encouraging good relationships between stakeholders and business partners by keeping open and direct communication. Personal vision: curious, flexible and self-taught personality, with strong analytical and organizational skills to build, inspire and lead -traditional and virtual- multidisciplinary project teams with members drawn from across different areas.
