Founder / Co-Founder of two Outsourcing Agencies providing US companies with bilingual, college-educated talent from Latin America. VALATAM: I founded VALATAM (Virtual Assistants Latin America) to help growing businesses quickly hire the best remote talent and delegate their online operations to free up their core team, efficiently scale, and increase profitability. We do this by providing them with the top 0.4% of bilingual, college-educated talent from Latin America, for up to 70% less than hiring domestically. PASSIONS: Business ideation, Near-shoring, Latin America, delegation, hiring, and remote work. And in my personal life: Latin America, travel, coffee, food, and pretty much any sport or outdoor activity :) EXPERIENCE: 5 years in-house experience in Investment Brokers around the Americas (Mexico, USA, Argentina and Venezuela), with increased responsibilities up to Outsourcing Director and National Manager of Coordinators (16 direct reports) in 2015. 10 years startup experience in 2 staffing and outsourcing businesses, one with a 7 figure valuation exit after 18 months and the other scaled to 1000+ hires and counting... EDUCATION: 2.1(Honours) from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom).
