Managed fintech partnership in terms of contract renewal, negotiation, joint go-to-market strategy, long term roadmap, short term product enhancements. Bank software conversions Managed commercial online banking conversion. Oversaw all aspects of implementation to deliver an end-state environment. Developed test scripts and led a cross functional team of testers, QA analysists, and operational personnel, from product conception through launch and post implementation support.
