I am a Workers’ Compensation professional with experience managing California WC cases from start to resolution. I have worked as a case manager and paralegal support, handling files from the Notice of Representation (NOR) through Compromise & Release (C&R), including litigation support and medical-legal coordination.

My background includes extensive experience with the QME process, such as preparing QME cover letters, summarizing medical reports, tracking appointments, and supporting case strategy through accurate documentation and follow-up. I regularly communicate with clients, defense counsel, insurance carriers, and medical providers to ensure cases move efficiently and in compliance with California Workers’ Compensation procedures.

As a Legal Data Specialist / Billing Processor, I review and process legal invoices submitted by law firms. My responsibilities include verifying fees, expenses, and disbursements against client-specific billing guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and entering balanced invoices into LEAP CRM. Once reviewed and reconciled, I prepare and submit invoice batches for client approval.
