I founded RNJ Consulting over seven years ago after 20+ years at Deloitte, KPMG, CVS Health and others. I saw a gap. Mid-market and PE-backed companies were underserved, overpaying for large firm overhead while getting junior teams in return. We built RNJ to fill that gap. Almost everything we do comes through referrals and people I've worked with over the years, which tells me something about the work we do and the relationships we build. Every engagement is led personally at the senior level, drawing on a trusted network of senior independent professionals who collaborate with us to deliver the right expertise for each initiative.
