As CEO of WongDoody, an Infosys company, I lead a global team of more than 2,000 professionals across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Together, we help some of the world's most recognized brands navigate digital transformation, unlock new growth opportunities, and build deeper relationships with their customers through creativity, innovation, data, and emerging technologies. Throughout my career, I have focused on scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and creating environments where people can do their best work. During my tenure at WongDoody, I helped guide the organization's growth from a 15-person agency to a global business serving Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Today, my focus is on driving profitable growth, advancing AI-enabled solutions, expanding global capabilities, and strengthening the connection between creativity, technology, and business outcomes. Beyond my executive responsibilities, I am committed to developing future leaders, advancing opportunities for women in business, and supporting education initiatives. I have served on the Infosys Foundation USA Board, founded the View From the C-Suite leadership series, and regularly speak on leadership, innovation, AI, business transformation, and the future of customer experience.
