Nearly 25 years ago, I started working in the construction industry as a general laborer. Over time, I have been fortunate to learn and work in leadership positions. I'm a firm believer that, if you are willing to put in the work, you can do anything. I have been fortunate enough to work for a great company and have mentors teaching me every step of the way.
My story: I grew up in Idaho (God's Country!!) and started in the construction industry just after graduating from high school. At the time, there were two jobs available for me to choose from, one as a concrete laborer, and the other as a pre-engineered metal building laborer. My father worked in concrete all his adult life and said, "go do the metal buildings!". I took his advice and have been in the metal building + structural steel industry ever since.
