Consulting Services, I am part of the Direct Recruiters Advisory Services team, partnering with boards and PE firms to provide SME guidance on diligence, pricing strategy, and partnership development. By utilizing Miller Heiman methodologies and influence mapping, I’ve helped organizations reduce sales cycles by up to 40% and secure "Marquis" level contracts with global partners like Google Health, UnitedHealthcare, and the State of California.
