I help organizations navigate inflection points.
Whether it's hyper-growth, acquisition, organizational transformation, executive transitions, AI adoption, or preparing for the next stage of the business, I've spent my career helping leadership teams build organizations capable of meeting the moment.
For more than 25 years, I've partnered with founders, CEOs, boards, and executive leadership teams to navigate periods of rapid growth, transformation, and organizational change. Over the last decade, I've served as Chief People Officer for venture-backed technology companies, helping organizations evolve from high-growth startups into mature, enterprise-ready businesses.
Across every company, my work has centered on one question:
How do you build an organization that can evolve as quickly as the business?
For me, the answer has never been "HR."
It's building leadership teams capable of leading through change. Creating operating rhythms that improve execution. Designing organizations that adapt as businesses grow. Aligning talent, compensation, and performance with business strategy. Modernizing People Operations. And serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams as they make some of the most important decisions facing their organizations.
Today, as Chief People Officer at Pindrop, I'm helping transform the organization through leadership development, AI-enabled People Operations, organizational effectiveness, and building a culture that balances high performance with humanity.
One area I've become particularly passionate about is the intersection of AI and leadership. From helping organizations responsibly adopt AI internally to leading industry conversations around deepfake hiring fraud, I believe we're entering one of the most significant transformations the workplace has ever experienced, and People leaders have an opportunity to help shape what comes next.
Beyond my executive role, I advise CEOs and executive teams on organizational strategy, executive leadership, succession planning, talent, and the future of work. I've been fortunate to contribute to industry podcasts, keynote discussions, and executive forums focused on leadership, AI, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and building organizations that endure.
I believe organizations don't become great because they hire more people.
They become great because they build exceptional leaders, create systems that enable great work, and cultivate cultures where high-performing people choose to stay.
That's the work I love.
