Taking a moment of your time to positively impact someone's future can be transformative. As an entrepreneur, supporting others is critical, as even minor influences can have large impacts. True value isn't always monetary - contributing to the success of others through intrinsic motivation can also benefit your own success. A compass that I have learned to follow is to prioritize people and work hard, allowing timing to find you and reap endless rewards. As an executive leader, I build best practices and novel frameworks for sustainable growth in frontier technology sectors. My philosophy is "HIGH IMPACT low ego," and I focus on facilitating talent in tech. This approach has allowed me to be fortunate enough to find success and, more importantly, expose some of the most brilliant minds of our generation. I have learned that it is critical to empower and "GIVE FIRST" to succeed. On my journey, I have carefully designed for execution first, whether in front-facing executive leadership roles or in the basement head-down, strategic operations across any business unit to ensure success and longevity in rapidly evolving industries. I have founded many companies (embracing the "fail fast and often" mentality), scaled up to and managed 100+ global employees across almost every continent, and created thousands of partners along the way to deliver channel and vertical specific growth strategies with Fortune 500 companies. As a DC area entrepreneur, I strive to improve the community and create a more vibrant, open, and collaborative scene, as there is so much untapped potential. Through extensive work with the government and an Executive MBA from Kellogg, I bring a diverse skill set of both technical know-how and experience leading high-impact cross-functional multinational teams. Through my network inside and outside DC (including six years in Silicon Valley), my goal is to assist in making valuable connections and learn more about new opportunities and technologies in Web 3, AI, and ML across verticals. I have extensive experience in technical and financial consulting, including mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting, and 13+ years in a leadership role driving diversity and systemic change in diversity and inclusion.
