Timothy Van Den Broek

Timothy van den Broek is Senior Advisor at Lightcast, focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to his M&A focus, he was the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Emsi and then Lightcast, where he was responsible for operations, finance and international business. He joined the Emsi team in 2010, bringing experience in public accounting, sales and entrepreneurship and helping lead the company through transitions in ownership from private equity to CareerBuilder to Strada Education Network and now KKR Global Impact.

Prior to joining Emsi he held positions in England in sales and public accountancy/audit. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a global body with over 160,000 members. With an undergraduate education in accounting and a graduate degree in theology, Mr. van den Broek graduated as a Palmer Scholar from the Wharton School MBA program in 2016. He lives in Idaho, USA with his wife and 7 children. Outside of work and family he enjoys preaching and leading at Trinity Reformed Church.
