Client Acquisition & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the US healthcare and pharma industries (e.g., hospitals, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms).
Develop and present tailored staffing solutions based on client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and service delivery.
Conduct regular review meetings and feedback sessions with clients.
Contract Negotiations:
Handle rate negotiations, contract terms, SLAs, and MSAs with new and existing clients.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence, especially in the healthcare space.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on trends in US healthcare/pharma hiring and regulatory changes (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
Analyze competitors and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
