Toshitaka Oiwa

Toshitaka Oiwa (Toshi) is the CEO of NRI North America, leading the company’s mission to drive innovation and deliver transformative technology solutions. Prior to this role, he served as President of NRI Holdings America (NRI-HA), overseeing all U.S. subsidiaries with a focus on M&A, business collaborations, and growth strategy execution. Before relocating to the U.S., he was based at NRI’s headquarters in Tokyo as General Manager of Global Strategy, where he led more than a dozen acquisitions, including the acquisition of Core BTS in 2021. Earlier in his career, Toshi worked in global M&A and post-merger integration at AlixPartners, a U.S.-based consulting firm. With extensive experience in strategy, acquisitions, and business transformation, he is passionate about driving growth and building high-performing teams.
