Sophia Lisaius

As Vice President of People & Culture, I lead our global people team focused on creating environments where employees feel empowered, engaged, and inspired to excel. My work spans the full spectrum of people strategy, with deep expertise in compliance, culture, and employee experience. I strive to create a positive experience for team members around the world, through benefit programs, education, and onboarding. I’m passionate about effective communication, supporting high-performing teams, and finding the best possible solutions to complex challenges through collaboration and empathy. Growing up in Vermont, competing as a Division I athlete, and earning a degree in design, have shaped my approach to leadership: community focused, disciplined, and creative. Those values continue to guide my approach to leadership and help me bridge the gap between people strategy and business success. Outside of work, I’m often outdoors enjoying the sunshine or in my craft space creating something new. I believe strong connections make all the difference, so if our paths align, I’d love to connect!
