We’re extremely lean by design, with high revenue per employee. That lets us pay people well, keep teams small, and ensure every role has real ownership, impact, and growth potential. We turned profitable in year one, chose to wind down our Series A, and distributed equity to the people who earned it. We believe ownership should reflect contribution.
