The Diversity project itself aims to even the chances of equal education and employment for women in technology by empowering groups of young people from high schools across the whole country. Every year it holds a competition which includes both software (algorithm challenges) as hardware (designing algorithms for robots) rounds. In editions 2013 - 2017 I was a member of the Diversity coordinators board, helping as a technical expert preparing exercises to be solved during the qualifications, grading the provided solutions, assembling and programming the robots for the finals and and refereeing the robot contest. Additionally for editions 2015 - 2016 I became a head coordinator of the project.
