Worked primarily from the software side to improve Ning uptime site-wide. Wrote tools, automation, and bug fixes to this end. Worked with Operations, Advocacy, and all of our software groups to quickly diagnose and prescribe fixes for site performance, downtime, and glitches. Was part of the on-call team during much of this time.
