I’ve spent 13 years at the intersection of software quality and human judgment and the question I keep coming back to is: trust. Can you actually trust AI-built software and what does it take to get there? I’m the co-founder and board member at Testlio. A global community of testers, combined with LeoAI, so companies know their software actually works before it reaches users anywhere, in any market, on any device. The thesis we built Testlio on: finding bugs was never the hard part. Knowing which ones actually matter is. That’s still true. More than ever. I write and speak about what quality actually means when AI is doing the building, the testing, and increasingly, the deciding. I don’t think humans are the bottleneck. I think they’re the differentiator.
