I am a quality executive with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience transforming compliance and quality operations across clinical diagnostics, biopharmaceutical, and public health environments. My work sits at the intersection of regulatory strategy, operational excellence, and people leadership — I don't just build quality systems, I build the cultures that sustain them.

Throughout my career I have maintained zero audit findings across CLIA, CAP, FDA, GMP, and New York State regulatory standards, delivered $250,000+ in annual cost savings through enterprise process redesign, and led cross-functional initiatives impacting hundreds of employees across multiple departments and sites. I currently oversee multi-state laboratory licensure compliance across CDPH, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Maryland, New York State, CAP, CLIA, and CAP 15189 accreditations — ensuring zero lapsed licenses across multiple sites year over year.

In November 2025 I founded Quality Excellence Solutions, a boutique consulting practice that helps mid-market organizations transform quality management from a compliance burden into a strategic business advantage. My first client engagement focused on strategic planning and go-to-market execution for a new product launch — bringing the same regulatory and operational rigor I apply in corporate environments to organizations that need it most.

I am a NASBA-approved speaker and IIA webinar presenter, translating complex compliance frameworks into actionable strategies for quality, audit, and operations professionals nationwide.
