Cameron Thompson

I lead Growth Marketing at Apollo.io, where my team is responsible for how Apollo grows across both our self-serve and sales-assisted motions.

We run the full paid and organic mix: search, social, display, programmatic, TV, audio, affiliates, and emerging ad platforms, alongside SEO, AEO, CRO, and demand gen.

Where I spend most of my time right now is at the intersection of AI and discoverability, understanding how buying behavior is shifting and making sure Apollo is present at every moment that matters.

Beyond acquisition, we use AI to build features that improve how new customers move through our conversion funnel, ensuring their first experience with Apollo is seamless.

I care about building teams and systems that scale. We build infrastructure, develop sharp instincts from data, and move with the urgency of an early-stage startup.
