I work with enterprises to move beyond “innovation for its own sake” and build operating models that are resilient, cost-aware, and aligned to the P&L. That includes designing platforms and systems that scale efficiently, simplify operations, and remain stable through change.Over nearly two decades as an engineer and entrepreneur, I’ve worked across large-scale data and platform environments, focusing on making systems not just more powerful, but more usable and economically viable.I remain a student of the industry. As systems become more autonomous, my focus is on ensuring organizations become more human - turning technological disruption into sustainable, measurable outcomes.
