Nicole Boon

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Dietitian, wellness entrepreneur, and health promotion professional with over 15 years of experience connecting people to better health — whether through one-on-one nutrition counseling, community events, corporate programs, or brand partnerships. My career has never fit neatly into one box, and that's exactly what makes me effective. I bring together clinical expertise, business development instincts, and a genuine passion for building relationships. I've managed institutional accounts, developed company-wide educational programs, coordinated community outreach, secured corporate sponsorships, and launched a wellness brand from the ground up — all while maintaining my clinical practice as an RD. As the founder of Wellness by Boon, LLC, I design and produce community wellness events that bring people together through movement, nutrition, and real human connection. I partner with venues and brands to create experiences that are fun, inclusive, and health-forward. Our first event sold out with 53 participants — every single one a first-time attendee. I thrive in roles that sit at the intersection of health and business — wellness coordination, health promotion, account management, community engagement, and brand partnerships. I'm most energized when I'm building something, connecting people, or finding creative ways to make health accessible and engaging for diverse communities.
