I'm a marketer, designer, email nerd and all round multi-hyphen human. With well over ten years of both marketing and design experience (and another *cough* 10 of creating calm out of chaos) - I’m what you might call A CRM unicorn 🦄 Combining ninja strategy skills, creative expertise and great copywriting - I can get under the bonnet of a brand fast. My power lies in seeing the missing parts and designing a CRM strategy - and the assets, that both look brilliant and more importantly - convert. As a serial entrepreneur with what I call a squiggly career and BROAD skill set, I've founded and sold my own successful brands, so I know how start ups and scale ups work from both sides of the table. This translates to lots of years building brands, creating authentic communities and nurturing engaged (and less engaged!) audiences. I’m a full on geek when it comes to the perfect blend of data and design, am obsessed with creating systems that save everyone time, and have very strong opinions on the perfect ampersand. Other things you might want to know? I'm the oldest of four sisters, I'm bossy and opinionated - but in the best way. I'm also a boy mum (and the boy is now much taller than I am), so I have seen and dealt with it all. (While brilliant - and clearly humble - I'm surprisingly not great at all the things, so if you could come and clean my kitchen for me, that would be great, thanks).
