With an illustrious 19+ years in the software industry, I am currently at the helm of EazeTech Private Limited, where I founded EazyAI—a no-code enterprise AI platform designed to help organisations become "AI Native" by deploying production-grade applications in just 2 to 3 days. Driven by a mission to solve the "Enterprise AI Complexity Wall," our EazyAI provides a complete framework for Dual RAG (Vector + Graph) and intelligent orchestration while ensuring total data sovereignty—guaranteeing that sensitive data never leaves the client's infrastructure.
Alongside EazyAI, I continue to craft innovative products in the Influencer Social Network space through Inflozy (www.influozy.com), available on Playstore/AppStore, and serve as a CTO to Effilix and Consultant to LSN, Proximal Cloud. Prior to this, I served as the founding Sr. Vice President of Engineering at Wizely India Pvt Ltd (acquired by FPL Technologies). At Wizely, a financial neo-banking company, I led a dynamic team in building a sophisticated platform that empowers users to gain insights into their spending and savings habits, ultimately fostering financial stability. In this capacity, I oversaw diverse technical teams encompassing Data Science, QA, Android, iOS, Backend, DevOps, and Frontend development, managing a talented pool of 50+ direct reports, including interns.
Before my venture with Wizely, I played a pivotal role as the Associate Director of Engineering (Head of Engineering) at Loadshare Network India Pvt Ltd, where I architected the complete technical stack for the logistics domain, growing a tech team from scratch to over 30 experts. Prior engagements include leadership positions at Freecharge India Pvt Ltd, Paypal, Global Scholar Inc, Oracle India Pvt Ltd, and HCL Technologies Ltd. My technical expertise spans a wide array of languages, frameworks, databases, and infrastructure technologies. At Paypal, I led a team of 14 in the development of settlement and reconciliation systems. During my tenure at Global Scholar Inc, I excelled in Dot Net technologies, crafting a CRM for the education domain.
As a seasoned professional, my expertise extends beyond technology. I excel in product and tech roadmap creation, tech recruitment, architecture, and overall technology leadership. My responsibilities have included complete tech team management, acting as the technical chief architect, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables, providing solutions for user problems, and creating roadmaps for both product and technology. My journey includes contributing to strategy meetings.
